 High Capacity Sorption Analyzer 

The RH-TC  Gravimetric Analyzer is a new instrument designed to provide gravimetric water vapor sorption isotherms and kinetic experiments from 25° C to 50° C for samples ranging from 0.2 grams to 200 grams. By using a standard analytical balance the RH-TC is able to accommodate higher capacity samples such as tablets, blister packs, electronic components and bulk solids. This unique system provides ease of operation, accuracy and convenience in a cost effective, compact instrument.  The system consists of a thermal chamber, an analytical balance and a tightly controlled delivered stream of relative humidity. Sorption experiments are defined and controlled by our intuitive Windows™ based software which includes many flexible options: saving experimental protocol as a template, changing experimental protocol after an experiment is in progress, linking experiments back to back indefinitely, real time analysis on screen, change view by simple click of the mouse, multi tasking, macros for data analysis, report preparation and many other convenient features. An automated water filling system allows virtually unattended operation for very long extended periods of time. The system is very compact only 9" X 18" X 22" and is supplied with a notebook computer. Higher temperature ranges are optional.
